Well I'll add my points for the week: Cardio + jumping jacks x 4 = done Push ups x 5 = done recipe = done emotional challenge = done sleep at least 7.5 hrs = not done 4 points total.

So I did 25+ squats everyday this week (and will do them tomorrow as well!) My kitchen has not been opened past 7pm all week, and I've had at least 45 minutes of cardio each day, except for Saturday!

I had a baby, and one day was looking through pictures of me and him and decided I didn't want him to have a mommy that looked like that! That was 45 lbs. ago. Also, my boyfriend is very tiny (like 5'5 and 130 lbs.) I HATE being bigger than him!

A form fitted tank top. My arms and back are my 2 biggest problem areas - both the first places to pack on the pounds and the last place to lose them. My arms are so jiggly and my back is rolls upon rolls. I can't wait to wear something fitted and sleeveless!

Hey all! I don't have much time to workout today - at a wedding all afternoon/evening and had to take my last minute shopping hubby to find an outfit this morning!
