Thank you for the advice :) . I agree, I figured the weightloss would be less spectacular for someone who only needs to lose 20-30lbs (slightly overweight). I'll stick it out for another month and see what's happens. I feel amazing though thus far and my hunger/cravings are significantly less than I ever imagined.

I'm 5'1 and it took me 2 months to lose 19lbs WITHOUT EXERCISE but I've plateaued for months so now I'm going to start running. SW: 184 (size 12) CW: 165 GW: 135 UGW: 120

WAY TO GO!!!! I was also 183.6 at my heaviest back in May of this year. I have lost 20lbs since then and have plateaued over the last month. I too also want to get down to 120-130 since I am so short (5'1). Keep up the good work!!!!
