I know the Turbo cycle is the best for fast weight loss, but you may want to check into the Fit cycle. I am very active (and it sounds like you are too) and I am doing the Fit cycle. Hi Tiff- you get to eat a lot more than just meat, cheese and veggies! I get a lot of my calories in via protein powder, which I mix with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and peanut butter (on my low carb days). Have you read Chris' book yet?

For snacks, I usually have deli turkey with cheese (roll-ups) or a protein shake (chocolate protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, and 1 Tbs peanut butter). For lunch I usually stick with a salad with chicken breast, eggs (the whole egg, as that counts as a fat with the yolk), cucumbers, and Bolthouse yogurt dressing.…

Hi Lilylee- I just started the plan today! I'm starting out with Fit cycle as I am pretty active. We'll see how it goes and if I get too anxious about not losing a ton right away, I may switch to Turbo. Which plan are you doing?
