Hey everyone... So i'm very new still but loving this app on my phone. Very thankful for all the suport!!! I'm not sure if I am even doing this right but... 1. work out 3 mornings this week. 2, do 45 min of cardio when I go to the gym. 3. dont go over my 1200 calories. :)
