  • I typically do 1/2 cup of pinapple within 30 mins, then 2 hard boiled eggs within the hour... Simple Carbs and my favorite protein. After my morning workout... And just a serving of pretzels after my evening workout. I wish I knew the 'right' answer, there are soooo many different suggestions.

  • @Angela-- The some of classes bring in weights and resistance bands...I do Zumba, Yoga Booty Ballet, Beginners Ballet, Core-Floor& More, and Arms-Abs-ASSets at one studio... So, it is an ok mix of cardio and resistance. I am trying to get some more in though, knowing muscles burn fat- the bootcamp is helping with that!…
