Do you use a heart rate monitor to track your calories burned while working out?? I do and then I make my own exercise title under Cardio to keep track of calories burned. This includes when I do crossfit.

Crossfit is such a broad category to cover. You can go to YouTube and find a WOD (workout of the day) or you can make up your own workout. Not sure how versed you are in different exercises/movements. I used to go to a gym to do mine but now I do it in my own Workout space. As for Diet, I'm not a good example. Hope you…

Mine do this when my sodium intake is higher. Try lowering your sodium in your diet.

Might sound harsh, but if you took breaks in between the days it wouldn't be 30 Day Shred. I agree with Pstaceya. You know your body and if you need the rest, take it.

Make your own exercise and enter it that way. You can name it anything you like including "chick with boy body and big fake boobs" It would make a funny entry in your dairy! it will read "Sabina burned 500 calories doing 60 minutes of chick with boy body and big fake boobs"
