I had a fish taco: low carb wheat tortilla, 5 oz, baked cod, 1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup sauteed peppers and onions, salsa and fat free sour cream. Paired it with pita chips. yummy!

For anyone still trying to figure this out, I found a website that has the actual formula for calculating. Considering it is the Live Strong website, I am thinking this formula is pretty accurate. All you will need to do is convert your weight from lbs to kgs and plug in the numbers, pretty simple.…
