I am 5' 9'' and 42. I started MFP at 158, when I stopped logging I got to 162 and now I am around 154, trying to get to 150.

I often just rinse my hair out to get the sweat out. Only use shampoo once or twice a week.

I too am always cold. Went on a long-ish bike ride today and wore much heavier clothes than my friend, who took of her jacket halfway through! Now I've got a warm sweater, tights and boots on and its mid-60s outside and gorgeous!!

Good Earth Tea I make my own hot chocolate with nonfat milk, sugar and cocoa (and that whipped cream in a can) Sugarless gum I drink WAY TOO many diet cokes throughout the day. Addicted I think to both the sweetness and the caffeine.
