Oh my goodness, I was just telling my husband the same thing today. I have lost over 10 pounds, but I just feel like I am getting fatter :/ It is a bummer of a feeling :/ I am hoping that soon I will start to feel like I am getting smaller.

This past week I have been doing the 30 day shred in the morning before work or class. It helps me to be in a better mood for the rest of the day. However, not everyone is a morning person, so if that doesn't work for you, maybe evenings would be a better time to work out and work off the stress of the day :)

Day 5 complete :) Today was tough! I had been going to the gym in the afternoons in addition to doing the dvd in the mornings, but today I am going to rest.... my body is just plain tired!

I completed Day 3 today.... it was tough to keep going today. I am bummed that I forgot to put on my fitbit (pedometer) to count my steps during the workout.

I completed day 2 of level one today :) It was a little better today - I felt less sick doing it! I start off my day with Jillian and I really like that because then I feel so accomplished before 7 am :)

I enjoy "10 Minute Solution" DVDs because they give variety. My favorite is "Tone Trouble Zones". It uses an exercise band (included with the DVD). It is fun and interesting. It is not difficult to learn to do either. I also agree with the above posts about Jillian Michaels and Jackie Warner. They are great workouts too!…
