  • i would say i love running. It gives me some time to myself for me to think. I used to run alot the for some reason i stoped. So i would like to get myself back into it. i would like to lose about 20ibs ontop of the 15ibs i have already lost. i'm hopping to run about 3 miles to begin with and build it up from there.
  • hi my name is mike and i also like the sound of this group. i like to jog but i find it hard to get myself up and go. so i thought if i joined then i have no choice but to do it. so now it will not be just me i'm letting down but also the group and i cant let that happen. so i hope this works.
