I train in Shaolin Chuan Fa, my grade is purple white sash and my rank is Si Sook (Assistant Instructor )

I think my Insanity workout days are over for the time being. Seeing last night i fell going up the stairs and i think i have strained my Rotator cuff again in my shoulder. I'm so gutted.

well day 27 is now complete. I have a well deserved recovery week now before month 2 starts

well just done my fitness test again my first one was 2 weeks ago and my results are as follows switch kicks 104 (7 more) power jacks 39 (6 more) power knees 60 (4 more) power jumps 24 (1 more) globe jumps 9 ( same) suicide jumps 16 ( 4 less) push up jacks 19 ( same) low plank oblique 45 (1 more) all in all not bad

pure cardio and cardio abs together is a brutal workout

I'm on day 13 tomorrow and i was wondering do i do cardio abs and pure cardio together or do i split them up through out the day. any ideas would be great or people that have already done this what did you do?

Is it because your body has held back water from all your drinking and not yet let it go.

Yes your belly will go eventually go just keep at it. Its your body which decides which parts to lose first. It will get round to your belly when it has ran out of store's every where else. Well done to your results so far and keep lifting those weights.

i;m on day 10 now how is everyone's progress going

well day 8 done today and a 10k run done as well. I'm feeling ace and burnt about 2000 calories in total

Try have a bath stretch out and rub your legs and try for day 6 and if you feel you cant do it drop out. because at the end of the day you don't want to hurt your self

my weight went up in that time period. Holding the water making sure i don't hurt myself it will start going down soon

not yet its too early to tell but I'm feeling tighter in my abs and obliques and calf's after 6 days.

Well i shall look forward to that and at least its good training for my spartan race coming up
