It's pretty easy, you just go in to community and then about a quarter way down the page you will see Home, Recent posts, My Topics and signature. Click on Signature and you can type in anything you want and also post the link for your ticker. Hope this helps

I am exactly the same, started this in July and it seems to be falling off. I always make sure I hit my 1200 cals minimum, but sometimes I feel like I am just eating for the sake of hitting my calorie target even when I'm not hungry :s But as far as I am concerned, long may it continue :)

Ive just started using couch to 5k this week, hopefully I will have the same great results as you. Are you moving on to couch to 10k now?
