I'm 5'0 and currently weigh 128. My goal weight is 115. I've been stuck at my current weight for about a year now, fluctuating up and down by a pound or two. Yes! I did Weight Watchers too, and had the same issue. I also thought maybe the plateau was from not eating enough. Now, I'm just thinking I'm going to need to add more strength training to boost my metabolism. You may want to try doing the same.

I'd say I measure about half my food and once I get a sense of what a particular measurement looks like, I'll eyeball it going forward. I'll try being more vigilant in my measurements though. I'm willing to try pretty much anything at this point.

I don't know if this is true for all planet fitnesses, but the one near me does not offer group classes whereas Golds offers tons of classes. For that reason, I prefer Golds.

I did boxing and kickboxing at L.A. Boxing for about a month, but it was a little too hard on my knees and knuckles even with the gloves and bandages. I now do Body Combat at Golds and love it. It's shadow kickboxing with a little karate and other things mixed in.

I was doing WeightWatchers too and had to quit because the new program wasn't working for me at all. I agree it was the fruit thing. It sounds like you might be a little too hard on yourself. I'll add you and we can motivate each other.
