I have the same exact problem. Normal gels like GU are too concentrated make me sick because I can't take in enough water while running to digest them. I'm 5'9 with I guess a medium athletic build. At my largest I was 183 and a size 14/16 pants L/ XL shirts. I'm down to 170 and wear 10/12's pants L/Med shirts. Hoping to get down to 150 and be a size 8 pants with Med tops :) Keep up all the good work girls and we'll get there!!!!

Even if your diet isn't perfect (it takes time to get it there) make a real effort to start drinking a lot more water. It really helps and is the easiest/cheapest thing you can do to make your body happy. Once the scale starts moving you'll start feeling better about yourself and everything else will follow. Shaun T is an awesome motivator... I've enjoyed doing the workouts so you may too.... my only note for knee concerns is that you will do a lot, and I mean a lot of jumping. So if you can land softly the impact might not hurt your knees too much.
