  • I'm Allison. 33 years old, 5'4". I'm trying to get back into shape and lose some fat. :-) I lost 32 pounds on weight watchers a few years ago, and slowly gained 20 pounds of that back. My goal is to at 129 lbs by April 7th. Start Weight: 136.6

  • Really surprised when I stepped on the scale - down 2.1 this week. Yay! It was not a good eating week (traveled for a conference), but I did get in a LOT of walking, which must of helped burn some extra calories.   • I had a good week - down 3.3. I always lose fast at the start, but I'm hoping to lose between 1-1.5 lbs a week for the rest of this challenge. Week 1: 143 Week 2: 139.7 Week 3: Week 4: Week 5 Week 6: Goal weight: 133 by Valentine's day
