I only workout at home. I have a wide array of fantastic programs to keep me from being bored. And once I actually STUCK to it, I started seeing results. Who needs a gym?! :D

You can totally do it! But I would suggest working your way to that number instead of just jumping in. Perhaps just make some different food choices. Incorporate more fruits and veggies to start.
