I'm down to under £4.00 / £5.00 per day. This is the cheapest I've ever had my diet, granted it's at a cut and only 1782 cals but gotta love it being so cheap haha. Haha a comment like this requires a "like" button on MFP, I totally agree. I personally Hit the weights as hard as I can and finish with a light 100 cal cardio session, just enough to get my heart going, blood flowing but still light enough to hold a convo....if I had somebody to talk too lol.

Also been using this for a while, great app :) Highly recommended, just don't get too in the zone when your running outside, be aware of your surroundings haha. You don't wanna end up under a car because your were escaping a horde.

Running outside on relatively flat ground, just over 8 minutes but I don't train for running at the moment. much quicker on the treadmill I'd imagine.

I find that the more often you train, the less you will suffer from it. This is definitely true "shock" your body so to speak. This has been the case for most people, also upping your "clean" cals has worked for alot of people. Everybody is unique and we all plateau for different reasons, just have to try a few things till you find that sweet spot again.
