Sorry I missed your message, I stopped MFP and just concentrated with WW. I’m still on WW however I decided that I needed to really understand what calories, carbs, fat, protein and sugar I consumed each day. I like the points system but I felt I needed a better idea about my nutrition. I’ll be around 👍🏻

Thyroid issues can affect your weight, have your level checked and start your eating plan and exercise., I am not the best at exercising myself, today I walked all over my house from room to room, it was snowing like crazy. I will say tho I did raise my HR, timed my self to 30 minutes. Even walking in place will help.

I honestly do not understand WHY I cannot sync my fit bit either, I have been using a Fit Bit now for over 5 months. I have tried to sync it over and over. Just never seems to work for me. :s

OK, please give me some good places to buy a Fit Bit. I really am interested in getting one, however I do not want to pay too awful much for it. Those folks that I see using them, seem to have good success because it " spurs them on " Thanks

I have been using "MAP MY WALK" altho I have not been too faithful with it, I wioll say it works well for me! I'm going to try and utilize it more often.

Hi Everyone, I am back for the 2nd time!! I joined in 2011 lost some weight and now gained some back YUK! I was using WW for a while but could never really get excited about it! I remember how mush I really like this group!! I will stay with till all the weight is gone!!
