I have REDUCED the amount of carbs I was consuming, but I have not eliminated anything. I still eat pasta, rice, bread etc. But choose a smaller portion and if Im still hungry eat more green veggies. It takes dedication but having a little bit keeps me from feeling deprived. Good Luck on your journey!
