I drink water daily but have decided to give up sweet tea with my meals. I added Raspberries to my water today just for some flavor. It tastes pretty good. I've tried Strawberries and lemon too. It is all natural, low sugar and you boost your vit C.

I marinate my chicken For 6 tenderloins I use -- 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, Cajun seasoning of choice and a teaspoon of brown sugar and fresh squeezed lime juice if I have it. I make several meals out of one head of cabbage. I add it to soups, filler in stir fry, saute it in a little butter with seasoned salt as a side dish and shred it to go on fish tacos instead of lettuce. You can also make cabbage rolls..yummy! If you keep it wrapped air tight it will last well over one week in fridge.

3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, packet of good season italian dressing mix, can of cream of chicken soup ( can be omitted), 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth, 4 oz softened cream cheese. Frozen Boneless skinless Chicken, Italian dressing mix, chicken broth.. cook on low for 6 hrs . Remove the chicken and add some softened cream cheese let it melt and whisk together.. It makes an awesome gravy! Just put the chicken back into sauce and serve over brown rice or whole grain pasta.
