I take them both with no adverse affects. They don't help with weight loss and I am not sure of other benefits, I bought them so I am taking them just in case.. 1 month later I am still stuck on my numbers..

AGE=47 HEIGHT=5'7" HW= 155 CW= 149 GW=120 BF 28-31% (thats like 40 lbs of blubber) GBF 130 or whatever it takes to get a ripped sexy stomach LOOSE BODY FAT AND get ripped even at my fine wine age :) I can tell my body is not going to bounce back like it used to already, its going to be a long but worthy trip.

Just another thought, sometimes if you have a heavy protein meal your body may still be using your energy for digestion opposed to being ready to oxigenate your body when your ready to exercise. maybe you could stretch your meal out. I always have a bag of raw almonds in my desk or car. A handful of those on the way home…

I have a cheat meal usually on the weekend if I really want it. It helps me be good when I am dying for something bad like a bag of peanut m&m's while chewing on celery sticks. Dr. Tim Brantley has a book out called THE CURE... he has a gallbladder cleanse recipe you can take a look at and see if you can follow it. The book is awesome and may possibly enlighten you more about refined and processed foods.
