There's really no way to estimate calories burned without a heart rate monitor. I don't think anyone is going to be able to tell you if the numbers you've set up here are accurate.

Once you've added your exercise you should be able to just change minutes and cal without looking that excercie back up again. It's similar to food, once you've found and added a food you don't have to do that again, but you can change the serving.

The only way to tone any muscle on your body is to get rid of the fat that is hiding that muscle.

No your 30DS is fine until it gets too easy, then try other videos that are similar, they incorporate weights with cardio which is prolly best, becuase the cardio burns the fat and the resistence and weights build muscle.

No such thing as toning. What you actually want to do is lose body fat so that your muscles are more defined. Good ways to lose fat are weight training.

Sry don't have before and after pics but in the fall of 2011 I lost about 30 lbs, doing C25K mon, wed, fri, and some from of resistance training Tues and Wed (usually a Jillian Michael vid).

Some ppl eat them back and some ppl don't. The point of eating them back is to refuel your body. For example you eat a 500 cal breakfast, which gives you energy to go to the gym and you burn 600 cal at the gym. I would suggest getting a heart rate monitor, becuase everyone's bodies are different. Depending on the exercise for me mfp either over, under or correctly estimates my calories when I compare it to my HRM, so it's really hard to tell what is accurate and what's not without an HRM.

I eat Odwalla chocolate protein bars. Also when I make a protein shake I specifically bought chocolate whey protein. So like a couple other ppl on here, I basically eat chocolate everyday.

I'm the same as you, my highest weight was 180, my last weigh-in was 173 and I would like to get down to 130. However, my main goal isn't particularyly the number as much as it's getting a flat stomach and thighs that don't jiggle.

just count the sugars not associated with fruits when determining your sugar count, because sugar from fruit is not bad.

how much fat have you been eating? If barely any that may be your problem, however if that is your problem don't eat too much fat, because that could cause the runs.

try to take a multivitamin to replace all that iron your losing. This may or may not help with cravings, but it's iron your losing and that's what your body wants you to replace.

I say make one day a week a cheat day. Then when you do go out alternate between an alcoholic drink, and water. Don't stress about cals and just have a great time being out and about.
