I think it is worth it. When I lost weight, i felt more confident and wanted to do more things and go out more. I am happier and healthier.

I eat one quest bar a day and it was fine for awhile But now Ive been noticing I don't go to the bathroom every day if you know what I mean. My fiber is usually around 45 g a day. I'm trying to find a solution because Im obsessed with quest I don't want to cut them out!

This is what I had for lunch yesterday and it was tasty and filling! 1 apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter, (melted is my favorite) THAT BY ITSELF FILLED ME UP! Then, a cup of sliced cucumbers with vinegar, and 6 carrots! or try turkey and cheese on a sandwhich thin with a side of fruit and veggies!

Great job!! School for me starts on Wednesday, and usually when I come home from a long day I just want to snack on whatever i can! Your post makes me determined to try harder this year and thats a good idea, to come home and work out right away!

My workout schedules vary. I want to work out everyday! And my calorie count is set to 1200, i want to lose 10 lbs as fast as possible, so 2 lbs a week-ish. thanks everyone for the support! <3

If I were you I would make a hamburger, but not use any buns/bread with it. So your just eating the pattty, and have some veggies on the side!

Yes this picture is recent and was taken yesterday. & I am 5"6. And I pretty much want to "tone up" my body! And like I said try not to eat so much junk food! Thank you all so much! I appreciate it (:
