thanks :) tried the ice water this morning - owowow teeth. might just opt for a glass of cold water, as opposed to room temperature water i'm used to drinking.

If you're concerned about the sugar intake, there are alternatives - above posters mentioned chocolate protein shakes. I drink Ovaltine - less than half the sugar of regular chocolate syrup (8g versus 19.4g) and it has a pretty good amount of a lot of vitamins/minerals, in my opinion. It's worth a shot, anyways.
