Thanks so much for posting this incredible result from hard work and dedication... and sensible simple approach... I love that. You look amazing. I'm 5'6" and wanting to get to 165 and see how it is too... very inspirational! I love when I find people my height with my goal - it makes it all seem so much more real somehow! xoxo Deedee

You really do look beautiful at all weights (yes I always go look to see if I can see more photos on the profile, heh) which that is not true of everyone, but you're just a natural born beauty so it's nice to see you looking so drop dead gorgeous now. Great job and thanks for posting! xoxo Deedee

50 pounds later, I imagine a lot of stuff is disappearing before your eyes! Keep up the great work, you are doing very well! xoxo Deedee

Awesome results! Looks like when you were getting small, Barnacle was growing up at the same time! I also have a white american short hair named Tashi (a couple pics of her in my photos) she could definitely be a twin she looks so much like Barnacle, although Tashi is actually 8 years old. Love that you can pet their fur…

What you do is go to your food tab and then go into MY MEALS and you put all the ingredients you want to use and then divide it up as to how many portions it serves, and then just log it as normal. Do you know what I'm talking about?

Great post. I used to wonder why I plateaued but your post makes a big case for RED NUMBERS and letting them slide thru cuz they're "not that far over". It's a slippery slope, to be sure. Great win my friend, and nicely written too! xo Deedee

I like that it took you some time, I think that is more stable and do-able anyway. Plus it's taking me a lot longer than I anticipated at first... here I am a year in and only halfway to goal when I see some others got there in a few months... but who can say if that is sustainable. And MOST people can say if you go really…

You are doing just FABULOUS! Great pics really show off all your hard work too, and I'm loving that big smile too!

I forgot to say my user name at geocaching is DeedeeVI (stand for Vancouver Island, not the roman numeral 6) I hope I have it set to accept friend requests! I've gone thru this list and sent a few friend requests but about a third of them aren't accepting at this time, so you can add me if/when you'd like. Not sure if that…

For standard easy urban caching I just do slow walk 2.0 mph for instance today I was out from 10am to 3pm and I logged 120 minutes of slow walk as a lot of time is spent standing around, staring into suspicious looking piles of rocks, etc. When I'm in the hills, on rocks at the beach, etc. I mark it down as hiking. If…

I hope to go some day. It's not very far away from me, but my "papers aren't in order" so I can't cross the border at the moment... well I can cross it but I would most likely have trouble getting back in, LOL!

LOL that is a good one. Short and sweet and to the point too! Great job :)

Very touching story... I think so many of us can either imagine it, can remember it or are hoping to have a similar experience in the near future, and you're a very good writer to bring out the emotions in your readers like that too! You deserve the great feeling you got and surprise in that dressing room... big big smiles…

I can't believe it's been forever since I got an update on the fireman and now you just blurt it out there for the whole world to see... don't make me come down there and beat you up Canty! You will have to outrun me to avoid it one of these days! (I know you can easily do that too... so I'll have to make you play tennis…

Great progress - your hard work is really paying off!

Snow White and the Huntsman for sure!

What a cutie. Honestly I would have never thought you were hiding such a cutie in there, and it makes me feel sad that I can't see it before all the hard work and blood, sweat and tears to make that transformation happen to reveal that result. I have seen really good looking people, sometimes way over 300 and I think holy…

Your duck face is adorable, makes me laugh :)

I was just remembering your very touching story involving your son a while back in the grocery store checkout, and now you have a new awesome story! Very cool :)

Heavy lifting and HIIT are both on my forbidden list - from Cardiologist. I have a genetic heart problem. Forgot to mention that, but it does complicate my choices a lot. Even tho they say no heavy weights, I do some light ones and am considering some middle ones for sure. And they say no HIIT but I do a little anyway, I…

If you read any fitness magazine you're well aware that there's a whole new category of fit and healthy models called "fitness models" - just think what would happen if "fitness models" became the new "regular models" in terms of what is in women's and girl's minds as far as what to desire and wish to emulate. Just think…
