  • Hey Tambo The calorie tracker will start to record your inputs it takes about a week but after that you should just be able to click on Add Food under each category and check your regular foods( this also works for your workouts) hope this helps. Feel free too add me as a friend
  • Hello Mis_Pris and to answer your question no not all exercise is cardio there is also weight training Cardio are things like walking, jogging, rowing, and biking anything that increases your heart rate and keeps it at a certain bpm the ideal is 127 beats per min.
  • I eat an apple but i work out late so it helps to rebuild my muscle.
