I put a little pizza sauce, 2% shredded cheese and various veggies, depending on what I have on hand. I then bake it in the oven for the perfect little pizza without all the added calories. The garlic naan is my favorite to use.

I feel your pain!! I went to dinner at my friend's house the other night and totally overindulged! I started off well and then my friend said "you better be eating more than that." I ended up putting more food on my plate and when I logged the calories that I ate when I got home it was horrible! I am trying to get back on…
