Congratulations @Snowflake1968!! This year I will be starting my 25th year as a teacher! It's all I've ever wanted to be! It is a hard yet sooooo rewarding of a profession!! I'm excited to see your journey!

I would love some help! I have hit a plateau and feel like giving up. I work out 5 days a week at the gym for an hour and a half. Then durning the weekend I walk 4 miles a day, I carb cycle, use MFP daily, and even take a CLA stacker-- but can't get the scale to move!!! HELP! I need friends to help me through this!!
