Exercising doesn't have to be at a gym. Take the kids that you are babysitting out for a walk, play a sport with them, run around and chase them - that's all exercise!

Just a hint - choose Monday or Tuesday as your weigh-in day. I personally find that this encourages me to do better on the weekends (which are always hard!)

In my opinion, it all depends how dedicated you are to working out on your own at home, or how much you enjoy it - which will cause you to stick with it. Filled chocolate bars on the counter (well above the fridge in the "treat bin" in my house - less tempting that way! haha), and solid milk chocolate in the fridge so it lasts longer when melting! ;)

I think the black team is doing the best for 2 reasons: 1 - Bob is their trainer 2 - Their age group (younger ones have energy, but not as much will & ability to push themselves - older ones can't do nearly as much cardio in my opinion)

There are places online to find these numbers. However, I would definitely suggest picking up a kitchen scale - you can get them for under $10 these days, and they come in SO handy. Basically everything I eat has been on the scale before-hand...

Also - I think you can use it in the pool. I just says to wash it off thoroughly after use in chlorine. However, deep diving probably isn't advised if it's more than 30 meters. Should be good for traithlete training though! ;)

I just purhcased my Plar HRM a few weeks ago. From what I found out, the FT1 and FT2 don't tell you the actual calories burned. That's why I didn't get one... the FT4 and FT7 would work though... I went with the FT7, and absolutely love it so far! ;) Best of luck with your decision!

Try EA Active 2. You can choose what exercise you like, and what ones you don't. Most of the ones that I do are squash, water rafting, skipping, obstacle course, surfing, etc... I've thought about doing the same thing once I hit maintenance.... My mom is on Weight Watchers, and they have so many extra points for the week - so I thought, why not?!? I don't think there's any way to actually do it in here, unless you intentionally enter your exercise on the wrong day... Good Luck! ;)
