I think you can definitely hit your goal if you put your mind to!! Try to eat just under your daily calorie limit (not below 1200), and try to do cardio at least 5 days for the next few weeks, if not more! ;) GOOD LUCK!

It's probably a good thing... means that you are eating healthy foods that will keep you full for longer!!! ;) Unfortunately, I often have the opposite problem! ;( haha

Don't have any scars or itches, so I may not be much help.... but what about applying Gold Bold anti-itch creams or powders before working out??? Good Luck!

As long as you are under your calories, you will lose weight! However, I have often heard that it is a healthy option to eat several smaller meals per day rather than 2-3 larger ones...

When you start talking about having pain, it may be time to see the doctor? However, when it comes to the bathroom issue, I found the same thing when I started dieting. My doctor recommended getting more fibre in - and not just in food. Therefore, I began taking 1 orange benefibre pill before bed (don't like the powder)…

6:45am where I am, and my entire day is already logged, and even some of tomorrow's! haha ;) There will be some minor tweaking in it usually (as I guestimate weights of food when I am putting them into MFP, and then adjust to actual when I am making my plate up!) I personally find that if I enter it before-hand, there is a…

Most diet drinks have aspartame in then... I think the argument is that aspartame can actually cause one to be hungry... I started using diet pop as a "I'm hungry, so I will have one" kinda things, and found that I was drinking WAY too much of it! Therefore, I have tried to cut back. I drink ONLY water or tea now, and then…

I do not use a heart rate monitor (yet), and I tend to log various classes under General Aerobics. There are classifications for general, light and heavy - so I tend to choose the one that I feel fits that's days exercises the best...
-
I would suggest logging everything for a few weeks and see how the scale does... it can sometimes shock you how many "extra calories" you can consume when not even thinking about it. The only thing that I do not bother to log is gum...

I'd put it in raw.... just me though! ;)

My best suggestion is to make your own chicken breasts (roast, boil etc...), and then season it yourself, and use it for sandwiches!! ;)
-
For protein, try roasted chicken breast (20 protein in 65 grams cooked chicken for 107 calories), fish, tuna, cheese (12 protein in 2 light baby bel for 100 calories), cottage cheese (15 protein in ½ cup fat free cottage cheese for 90 calories) – goes great with fruit too! A few other options are beans, peas, tofu, nuts,…

I'm not a runner AT ALL! However, my brother-in-law competes in several long-distance races a year, and he ALWAYS eat pretty much just pasta the day before and they day of - I think it provides him with the energy to get through it!?! Get your proper rest tonight, try not to stress about it, and just do your best tomorrow!…

Try the caramel rice cakes when you need a sweet - they are great! ;) For ice cream - try the skinny cow cookies and cream sandwiches - 140 calories brings me to heaven!!!

Cocoa is actually pretty darn low in calories (I made a new recipe of low fat chocolate cupcakes last night, and entered in into here)! It's all of the added sugar that usually goes with it that's bad...

Sleep In!! haha ;) Really though - I know that I am worse with snacks on the weekends (especially in the evenings!) I usually try to plan a lower calorie dinner that I still enjoy, and allow room for the snacks that I would probably eat either way. Make yourself a lasagna roll (mine are 220 calories a roll, and 2 really…

Try Bio-Oil or Palmer's lotion for weight loss and loose skin. I find the Palmer's smells like vanilla cake (which is a kick in the face I find!) but I think it helps a bit... I have also been in the habit of using a cocoa butter soap (I get it at Zellers in Canada) that is for strech marks and loose skin since I started…

I weight daily, but only log on Tuesdays... it's all about what you feel comforable doing! My reasoning is this: when you weigh daily, you will see that the numbers can sometimes fluctuate alot (salt intake, water intake, TOM, etc..) I would hate for my only weekly weigh-in to be on a "high" day... I love knowing how I am…

You the definitely not alone!! Try finding a few chocolate treats that you enjoy, and can keep them in the house. I like the thinsations chocolate covered pretzels (100 calorie bags), or the thin dairy milk toffee bars. I usually keep the thin chocolate bars in the fridge, as that will allow them to last longer as I let…

You CAN do this!!! Best of luck to you!!

That's completely up to you, but they put the numbers down that are suggested for you! I personally feel that you will lose the weight as long as you are watching the calories, but it can't hurt to try to eat on target for the rest either! ;D

I'm 4'10" and working on getting me weight under control as well... feel free to add me!! ;)

Not too sure if you are looking for breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack ideas here... Microwaves can be wonderful tools when they need to be! ;) You can cook scrambled eggs, corn on the cob, or even bake a potato in one. Potato, Corn & Chicken Grilled chicken caesar salad Frozen veggies are great time savers for the microwave…

Tuna, Eggs (they are even good microwaved!), Greek Yogurt...

Lasagna usually has a lot of cheese that will throw you over - and then the added cream sauce is pretty high as well! Chicken is good, but again, cream sauce isn't. Also, pasta is higher is calories, and usually comes in very large portions! The salmon sounds like it would be the healthiest.

As long as you are counting the calories, all should be well... Enjoy your weekend (and wine!) ;)
-
In the morning, after you use the washroom, but before you eat or drink anything. It doesn't really matter what day, but be sure to weight around the same time, and wearing the same thing (or nothing). I weigh in on Tuesday mornings. This is to keep myself under control on the weekend, but still allow myself 1 day to try…

Agree with just making tonight special if possible! ;) Just an idea - do you both have cell phones? My husband and I both a blackberry, and we have created a joint calendar that we can both see and enter new stuff into. This may be a good idea to help solve the problem in the future?!? If you don't have cell phones, maybe…
