what do you mean by $50 a month? There are tons of diets that work great with PCOS. Your key is to stay away from carbs, particularly the processed ones, and watch out for sugar. How far into it are you? for me, The pain was the worst on days 3 and 4, getting better on 5. Make sure you're getting enough water. Of COURSE they count, log them! Do you have your Fitbit synced to MFP? If so it should adjust your calories burned automatically- in that case you don't need to manually log them.

It happens. she says in the video not to take a break for more than 5 seconds but I think if you're gonna take a break, better to pause it than to take it while the tape is running ;) I wouldn't worry too much about it! It's a lot of work, but it's SUPPOSED to be.

I do a lot of jogging/running in place instead of the big two-footed jumps, jumping jacks, mostly because I land softer if I jog for cardio and it's nicer on my joints. I would imagine it's softer on the floors, as well ;)
