I think you should avoid all diet sodas!! I just broke the habbit. It was really hard to do and after 3 weeks I am still struggling with it. I was really motivated be Dean Karnaze, 50 Marathons in 50 Days. It is a great book. It is a good read even if you are not a runner. He knows how to motivate everyone. Good luck to you.

Do worry, you are doing great! Keep up the good work. I went from 181.75 last week to 185 this week and I have improved my eating and exercising. It will come with time. Our bodies need time to adjust.
