Martin says that as long as those calories are minimal, under 50 total, then it wouldn't be considered as breaking the fast. Just make sure that these remain very minimal.

I started the lean gains version of IF Saturday and so now I've been on it for a couple days. But I notice I'm really fatigued during the morning part of my fast. How long does it typically take for the body to adjust?

I'm currently considering the lean gains approach to IF. I want to read up a bit more on the mechanics of it before I start, but I'm happy there is already an IF support group on here that I can go to.
