I do cottage cheese too. In the summer I scoop out a home grown tomato and fill it with cottage cheese & tuna mixed. Yum! Good ideas here...especially if you're like me and hate mayo!

Jillian's No More Trouble Zones is a good one! I don't remember there being any cardio in that at all. Also, the Les Mills PUMP DVD series is awesome. It is pricey, but you do get your weight set with the system and it is extremely effective!. Let me know if you have any questions about it!

I did it 31 days in a row (I'm an overachiever...ha!) a couple years ago. I agree that level 2 was the worst for me. It does get boring but it's highly effective!
