  • Have you tried eating 4 smaller meals a day, vs. 3? Also, be sure to have a small snack between meals . . . so, you'll end up eating about ever 2 hours, but in smaller quantities. This will help keep you from getting too hungry and also keep your metabolism up. And, like others have said, if you are eating too FEW…
  • Try a peanut butter & bananna sandwich on potato bread. That'll give you 360 calories and 17g fat . . . take an extra spoon of peanut butter and you've fulfilled your stated fat requirements. Best of luck, Carol
