Have you tried eating 4 smaller meals a day, vs. 3? Also, be sure to have a small snack between meals . . . so, you'll end up eating about ever 2 hours, but in smaller quantities. This will help keep you from getting too hungry and also keep your metabolism up. And, like others have said, if you are eating too FEW…

Try a peanut butter & bananna sandwich on potato bread. That'll give you 360 calories and 17g fat . . . take an extra spoon of peanut butter and you've fulfilled your stated fat requirements. Best of luck, Carol

Try making a quinoa porridge - add a little (very little) milk and some brown sugar and dried cranberries . . . until you get the amount of fat you are looking for. Good luck! Carol
