you may want to adjust your macros with the same calories. but before you do that remove any sweeteners from your diet , splenda , truvia , soda , sweetened waters. I lose better on a lower carb diet 25% carbs 40% protein 35%fats.

From what I can understand of the new point system , you are allotted 30 points a day , each point is approx. 50 calories worth of food , but some foods which are high in fat or sugar have higher point values. look into eating your carbs during the day when you are working, and in the evening eat your fats and protein. stay away from processed foods and watch your sugars

Start logging your day , calories and choose the correct macro nutrients for you. walking is great try not to cut too many calories at once and drink plenty of water, tea and coffee . just watch your sweeteners and creamers

I believe tracking macros matter more than the calorie itself.. since I changed to 35% protein 25% carbs and 40% fat , I am seeing results in the mirror and on the scale

going to do stairway to heaven , which is a small part of the trail in about 45 days.. what's not to like? just be the person you want to be . you have only yourself to make you happy. I do what I want to make myself happy , as long as it doesn't hurt anyone .. me myself and I agree.. :)

what works for me is a binge day, 1 binge day usually over the weekend where I will consume double my calories , I will maybe gain 2 lbs the next day but it triggers the loss to start again
