Sometimes it can take your body time to know whats going on, but if you are eating well and being active you WILL benefit from it, just ride it out! Im having a bad couple of days too but trying to keep the end goal in sight. Stay strong!

Rollerblade for hours in the sunshine with dog n partner, play netball, and win, re-confirm my all time title of 15 cartwheels in a row without stopping :o) Be the last one left on the salsa dancefloor. VERY well said. I understand the point of the thread, and that you should not undereat every day or long term, but such uninformed genralisms are dangerous to us non medically trained people. Happy to see a rational and fact packed response.

I usually find that a stone is a dress size (a stone = 14lbs), but this is just a general rule. Cant wait to loose my first dress size! :o) Congrats on the loss so far!
