  • Pull yourself together people! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder - we are all different species of beautiful - all! Loosing the weight will not assure success or confidence - you have to work on that in tandem... happy people are more beautiful so be happier (no sweat required) and that will be a great start! :)

  • A classic retro Empire Line dress, always a winner! Search on google if you arent sure, but Its a dress which is fitted at the bust, with a belt or is tapered in at the waist (high waist/ under the bust) and a nice A line/ flared skirt bit. Google it! Its super on trend! Add a cardigan/ Shawl or suit jacket for arm…
  • Right behind you! Good job gettin back on it! :oD
  • I am always over on protein, and fibre, and its working for me! I feel like there are benefits when said protein comes from low fat sources, like lean red meat and even better white meats and fish. I aim to be in the green for Cals, Carbs and Fats, as those are energy and are directly related to the extra junk in my trunk!…

  • Perhaps its jealousy because of the weightloss, perhaps she's just decided to not like you. We cant please everyone all of the time. So dont let her deter you from doing what you have to do! At least she isnt being nasty or rude. Keep being successful and if she comes round to wanting to be friendly again, great, if she…
  • At my top weight I think I was a more than pert 34JJ, and I am now something like a 30H. I have lost the full n round bouncyness I knew and loved, so to have a lift once I was at my target weight would be great - if it wernt for all of that nippme repositioning and paiiiin. Dont have a single wrinkle yet at 28, so would…
  • Thay can be fanastic, but at they are only as good as the trainer you have with it. I have messed about on them before and found it fun, but now that I am doing it properly and regularly with a trainer, I am seeing serious results! Good luck and have fun!
  • Sadly, I think we probably will. as most of us dont have those super fast metabolisms, as we have sweet/savory tooths instead, we will alwayq have to be concious of what we eat. We will always have to excercise, and realise that what we eat should only be enough fuel to keep us doing the activites we chose, but hopefully…
  • Everyone is different, but I would say excercise, as it helps to tone muscles! And muscle burns more cals than fat so.... yes, I would go for the excercise. I always try to fill in my diet planner in the morning or even the day before, so if you go over by 100 or so, just plan in a 30 minute brisk walk, that should put you…
  • A HUGE congrats. Great to see that you are losing and you're doing it in a healthy way! Keep going! :o)
  • Hey, if: "The creation of energy creates two main byproducts, carbon dioxide and water. The carbon dioxide is released from the body through the lungs when you exhale. The water created from the fat burning process is released through either sweat or through urine" then you dont need fibre to wee or sweat! I know fibre is…
