Pull yourself together people! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder - we are all different species of beautiful - all! Thay can be fanastic, but at they are only as good as the trainer you have with it. I have messed about on them before and found it fun, but now that I am doing it properly and regularly with a trainer, I am seeing serious results! Good luck and have fun!

Sadly, I think we probably will. as most of us dont have those super fast metabolisms, as we have sweet/savory tooths instead, we will alwayq have to be concious of what we eat. We will always have to excercise, and realise that what we eat should only be enough fuel to keep us doing the activites we chose, but hopefully…

Everyone is different, but I would say excercise, as it helps to tone muscles! And muscle burns more cals than fat so.... yes, I would go for the excercise. Hey! Uk scales would read 10 stones, 7 lbs. Option 2 is in KG, or possibly in lbs, like in the US, but I have never seen this, and I have has a few sets in my time! Never 10.5 stones, this doesnt mean anything to us Brits as far as I know. Thanks!
