I know the feeling the wife and I "LOVE" food, but for the last two years we have still been eatting the same foods just a lot more portion control. We haven't had white bread, rice, pasta in about 5 years, we have cut soda out of our life and are now trying a gluten free"ish" lifestyle.

Not to sure if it was mentioned, but you should be having 6 small meals a day with your daily consumption of water. Consume 16 oz's of water prior to your meal and then have little sips in between bites will fill you faster for longer. I am planning on signing up for the Toronto TM as well, just trying to build a team to go. There is a training guide on the website and I think 9 months would be plenty of time since I think 90% of it is going to be mental anyways. See ya there!
