I have a pair I use strictly for the gym and I love them. I have tried them for running, but only short distances as they take awhile to get used to the new way of running (balls of your feet vice the heels) One nice thing is I don't have to find socks for te gym anymore..lol

I agree with both of you. I believe your metabolism does plateau and gets used to certain eatting habits (calorie intake) and it's a good spike to wake it up for another week. (on that note I still "try" to stick to high protein low fat meals even on cheat days) and yes I lost 70 lbs with 1 cheat day every week

It is ok to stick with the same workout, but don't plateau every week increase intensity, Add Weight! I normally stick with a workout for about 8 weeks and then change it up A really good article to read is http://www.muscleandstrength.com/expert-guides/muscle-building it will explain everything you need to know.

I just started muscle building a week ago. Are you more looking into fat burning (cutting) or muscle building. I am starting muscle building till I get my goal size, then I will cut off the remaining fat.
