i agree with c_smith. i like reading from the perspective of someone that understands what I am feeling and my struggles so it is like you are going throug it with them and less like they are coaching you.

I go to the grocery store and get the cans of chicken. They have about 22 grams in a can and it is only about 120 calories. For lunch I usually have two cans and a little bit of mayo. That is only 240 calories and 44 grams of protein! Plus they taste great!

I have the same calorie limit. I have lost 5 pounds in two weeks so far (I started at 131 and I am down to 126). I have found that it isn't necessarily about how many calories you are using but what you are using them on. I would stick to the 1200 calories a day but during your 45 minute exercise, make sure that you give…
