Looks like you are not eating enough protein(lean chicken, beef, fish,etc). I would watch my carb intake. I'm not saying go low carb just be mindful . I know for myself I can not eat 150 or carbs without gaining weight. Good luck!!

I sit at my desk and listen to my coworker pop open soda after soda. She brings in popeyes fried chicken and all kinds of good smelling food. Good thing I have never been much of a soda drinker...and I bring my lunch.

To me low carb is 50 or below total carbs. I have reached my goal weight (135 :drinker: ) and I maintain my carbs at about 100-110 per day.(still working on my BF). To me this is not low carb. This Your sodium is extremely high most days. Try eating more protein and get your carbs from green leafy vegetables. If I take in more then 150 carbs per day I will gain weight!! Maybe you need to watch your carb intake or at least make sure most of your carbs come from vegetables . Hope this helps

Like the others have mentioned your sodium level could be lower. Didnt you mention PCOS? That could be impacting your weight loss also. Try having a cleaner diet. Give it a try for about 30 days and see if you start to get progress again.

Looking at your food dairy, I would increase my protein. Thats what has worked for me. Also your sodium intake is extremely high on several days. I try to keep my sodium at 1500 but its hard .

I've been using the PB2. Its in a powder form and you mix it with water. Its super yummy and way less fat then regular PB.

Sounds like she is only trying to be helpful. If she did not care she would just sit back and watch you eat the wrong things. Not that what you are eating is bad or anything. She just suggested some healthier options.
