I took a quick look at your food dairy . I think you should eat more lean proteins , and foods that are more filling. Looks like you eat alot of weight watchers meals. I try to stay away from prepackaged meals as they do not keep me full. If I have to have them I always add extra vegetables .

Cocoa butter and vitamin E oil helped me to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. I also used the soap "Toned" it has cocoa butter in it. Oh and I also take vitamin E supplements.

I got 4 new dresses (sizes 4&6, Yah!!) 1 pair of True religion jeans( I can finally fit into a pair without feeling like I have thunder thighs) a bottle of True religion perfume

Try the steel cut oats or some oat bran. I don't care for the texture of regular oats myself.

I am loving Jay Robb. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk and boy does it taste good. If I'm not in a hurry I also add almond butter and half of a banana. It tastes better then smoothie king to me .

I have been planning out my weekly lunches for work. I cook up my food on Sundays and put them in tubberware. This saves me time and keeps me on track with eating clean.

I weigh myself everyday and I record it on my daily planner. I get nervous if I am out of town away from my scale :sad: . Don't mind me it's just my OCD.

I perfer full fat and real sugar. I gave up Dr.Peppers years ago because they started sweetening it with HFCS. I don't go over board with the sugar but when I do have it , its the real deal. Low fat/fat free makes me cranky :grumble:

Maybe you should add more green leafy vegetables and cut down on the potatos and french fries. Try it out for a few weeks. If I consumer more then 150 carbs per day I gain. Everyone is different, this is just a suggestion.
