I either do a special K protein shake or protein bar if I know I'm not going to be able to eat until noon or so. The extra protein keeps me full so I don't have that desire to consume whole cows.

LOL I found this waaay funny. Only because often times it is the easiest option as my Husband works as a Manager there and I end up spending quite a bit of time there.. and he gets free food every day. At least we're making healthy choices though.

I log all my food ritually in the morning so I know exactly what and when I can eat. Maybe that will help?

BEST. PILL. EVER. I had PCOS and although it made me sick and lethargic it also cleared up much of my acne, facial hair, irregular periods, mood problems, and helped me lose nearly 100 pounds at the time! This is a FAD diet. I have never tried it but the only thing proven to make you lose weight and KEEP IT OFF is diet and exercise.. and I mean diet like counting calories and eating healthy. You know.. the hard way. Sorry..

I haven't tried it but I'll be honest. The only sure fire way to lose weight is to count calories and exercise. Output more than you input if you know what I mean.

I am going to a gym and seeing a personal trainer. My biggest irritation is when people accuse me of starving myself or saying I'm setting myself up for failure by trying to lose too much at once.
