Same here! I have been on here for a good month.. celebrated at a buffet last night O.O.. so I woke up today and just went on with my plans! The problem with "binging" is so many just give up after. Don't give up!!

I am always hearing the best stuff about Polar Ft4 or Ft7... I want one too. Look for one with calorie counting abilities, which will help you be more exact on this website. Look for one with a chest strap.

You may not.. but not because you're not doing the right thing. Perhaps you should focus on weight training to lose inches rather than more pounds? That way even if your results aren't measured by the scale, they will be visible.

Perhaps it's more like.. every day you eat healthy foods like fruits and veggies within your calorie limit.. and one day a week you can eat like a cheese burger and ice cream as long as it's under your limit.

I never eat my calories back when I exercise.. I'm on 1200 too. But I feel fine doing this.. my body is getting healthier every day. fruits are terrific if you are able to eat them within about 4-5 days so they don't get too ripe. No one can tell you exactly how many calories to eat. You need to go with what your body is telling you. Zumba is the best! It is a very intense dance workout but because you focus on the routine and dancing it goes by so much faster than other things. I was able to lose 10 lbs in 3 weeks due to Zumba. I'm sure I will be adding more to that number this week.

Been here for a month and it's awesome! I will say though.. that it only works if you work it the way you're supposed to! Cheat days don't exist in real life and be sure to budget EVERYTHING even if it's super tiny. You will do great!
