Yay! I'm glad to have more to add to my collection! My first and favorite it definitely skinny taste. I love that all recipes are healthy and have nutrition information.. which is my favorite part of many of these blogs!

Are you really that hungry? My suggestion.. if it goes a few weeks and you're STILL super hungry perhaps you should eat a little more permanently? Otherwise.. your body will adjust and your stomach will shrink and depending on what you're eating you can be full on less than 1200.

I agree here!! I got to go on vacation last weekend and eat literally whatever I wanted... didn't feel great afterwards because I have been eating so much healthier so the sugar was a bit shocking for me lol... But I didn't gain anything which is a success to me.

I rarely eat my exercise calories back unless I'm still hungry. I have been losing just fine. Perhaps you should just tone it down a bit? It usually isn't good to eat when full.

Plateau type thing? Well I have seen this work for several people.. increasing calorie intake for a week or so? Then again.. maybe you should go back to eating just 1200. Also.. have you been measuring too? It is likely that you have still been losing inches!

Congratulations! Your goal really should not be to raise that many calories! Had my second a few months ago... Make sure you're eating maintenance calories and eating very healthy, pre-natals and all that... you will do wonderful!

The way I ease myself into it is to have the goal of about a week... then at the end of the week if all goes well I add another.. then another.. etc. One week at a time lol
