It's pure mathematics and a scientific impossibility for you NOT to lose if you are eating less than you are burning in a healthy range. You are either doing something wrong or perhaps losing inches. Try measuring perhaps?

Exercise is anything that gets your heart rate up. I am annoyed when people claim to exercise and work so hard at the gym or taking a walk or whatever but they don't get exerted enough to sweat. They don't like it. lol... and this is why I have lost 47 lbs and they have lost 5 MAYBE.

I have lost a good amount and diet fairly well.. but in light of holidays I have introduce a one day a week skip day. It is unlikely I will be eating 3500 calories over my usual calorie intake that day so I will eat until I'm fulll but ONLY until I'm full. Maybe you could do the same?

THANK you. I agree.. I hardly get over 1200 a day and unless I'm dying for a snack I don't worry about it.. I lose just fine too and the Doctor says I'm very healthy.

Definitely the BRAT diet... and don't forget to be drinking A TON of liquid. If you have been sick for a while like that you are sure to be dehydrated too.

Really, sometimes under-eating can be an issue. But if you're comfortable with what you're eating and it has worked before try staggering your calories for a few weeks. I'm talking 2000 one day, 1200 the next, then 1600, 1300.. etc... sometimes that will help give the metabolism a jolt.
