Just used MFP and got moving mainly cardio I've been lifting for about two and half months now I've never cut anything out of my diary just made better choices and in moderation

Just mfp and exercise mainly cardio love my exercise bike and try i make better choices mainly just watch my portion sizes i still eat everything :) oh and stopped getting takeout

Just followed mfp didn't make to many changes just started watching my portion sizes, stopped eating takeout and exercising 5-6 days a week mainly cardio
