This is something that I came up with through trial and error: 1/4 cup of quinoa 1/4 cup of frozen chopped onions 1/4 tsp of chicken bouillon 1/4 tsp of minced garlic 1/2 cup of water Add water, garlic, onion, and bouillon to a small pot and bring to a rolling boil. I actually just started Phase 2 of the program. Each month you have 4 workout and 1 cardio DVD's. There is a rotation of DVD's for specific weeks.
