I have 3. left foot - lost my nana to breast cancer, in memory of her right foot - my dad is a colon cancer survivor left collar bone/chest "They shall run and not be weary..." Isaiah 40:31 just has a lot of meaning to me and my "journey" and life.

3 years to lose 90. I've fluctuated a lb or two time to time but I've kept it all off. Still have about 15 lbs I'd like to lose.

Last year I kept running in it. I would just get up early and get it done. This year, since I am injured and can't run until (hopefully) late June and have a July race I am doing a lot of biking outdoors in the evening to get as acclimated as I can to the heat/humidity. However, I do not think there is a thing wrong at all…

This. I always feel good after a run but the whole "high" for me comes during the run. Everything just feels good and I feel like I could run forever. On a long run going well it will be between miles 4-6 or so.

Until I am done. It depends on what I have on my training plan for the day. 3 miles, 4 miles, 10 miles or beyond.

I was pushing 240 about 3 years ago when I started C25K. I kept with it and have lost almost 90 lbs and have not only completed several 5ks but 10s, half marathons and most recently ran my first marathon the first of this month.
